Why it matters for a listing
A property is judged in the first three photographs. Corrected verticals, believable light and a readable sequence of rooms do more for a listing than any filter. I shoot on a tripod, blend exposures where windows demand it, and grade every set by hand so the series stays coherent.
Delivery for real estate is within the same week, retouch included — because a listing that waits is a listing that loses momentum.

Brianza is where I work most weeks — not the limit of where I work. I regularly travel across Italy and abroad for projects. If your property is somewhere else, travel is simply planned into the brief.

Which Brianza municipalities do you cover?
Monza and the whole province: Lissone, Seregno, Desio, Vimercate, Carate, Meda, Giussano, Arcore, Villasanta and neighbouring towns. With my base in Monza, local scouting is quick and involves no travel cost.
Do you only work in Brianza?
No. Brianza is my daily base, but I work across Italy and abroad. For other areas travel is agreed in the quote.
Do you work with real-estate agencies?
Yes, it is a substantial part of the work. For real estate the priority is how the listing performs: readable rooms, corrected verticals, believable light and fast delivery so the property goes online quickly.
How long does a property take?
For real estate, one or two hours — even on larger villas: the point is to get the listing online fast. If the project is interior design, hospitality or editorial, we work across a full day, with an optional twilight window for exteriors and pool.
Do you also photograph B&Bs and hospitality?
Yes. I have photographed suites, rooms and common areas for high-end properties, with full content sets built for the website, OTAs and social.
