Fast does not mean rushed
A real estate shoot takes one or two hours, even in the largest villas. It is short because it is prepared: before arriving I know which rooms matter, where the light comes from and which frame will be the cover.
Delivery within the week, retouch included: corrected verticals, readable windows, colour true to the materials. The retouch stays believable, because whoever visits the property should find what they saw in the photographs.
For agencies and developers
For agencies working with me regularly, consistency is what counts: same framing, same rendering, reliable timing, so the portfolio has a recognisable identity. For developers, a series on the show unit and common areas that supports the sale of the whole scheme.

Based in Brianza, between Milan and Lake Como — and working well beyond it. I regularly travel across Italy and abroad for projects. Wherever the property is, travel is simply planned into the brief.

How long does a real estate shoot take?
One or two hours, even for the largest villas. If the property deserves a more editorial treatment — for a magazine or a major launch — we work across a full day, with light at different times.
When do I receive the photographs?
Within the week, retouch included, so the property goes online without losing momentum.
Do you shoot aerials?
Yes, when location is part of the value: villas with grounds, lakeside or seaside properties, settings that cannot be read from the ground.
Do you also shoot video?
Yes. Video for listings and social with the same visual direction as the photographs.
Do you only work in Lombardy?
No. I am based near Milan but work across Italy and abroad. Travel is agreed in the quote.
