The first photograph is the one that counts
On short-let platforms the cover photo does most of the work: it is the one guests see in search results. We choose together which space deserves it — often not the bedroom but the view, the pool or the living room — and I build it to work even small.
Then the sequence: entrance, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, exteriors, details. The right order helps guests understand the home as if they were walking through it.
Honest photographs, better reviews
No extreme wide angles that make a room look twice its size. A guest who finds the home as they saw it is a guest who leaves a good review — and on these platforms reviews weigh as much as photographs.

Based in Brianza, between Milan and Lake Como — and working well beyond it. I regularly travel across Italy and abroad for projects. Wherever the property is, travel is simply planned into the brief.

How long does a holiday home shoot take?
An apartment or holiday home usually takes one or two hours, even for larger villas. For a more editorial set, with styled scenes and light at different times of day, we work across a full day.
Are the photographs ready for Airbnb and Booking?
Yes. I deliver files in the right formats for the platforms, plus a high-resolution version for website and print, and I tell you which one to use as the cover.
Do I need to prepare the home?
Before the shoot I send a preparation list: beds, towels, clear surfaces, lighting. On location I take care of the details in every frame.
Do you also photograph exteriors and views?
Yes, they are often what makes guests choose: pool, garden, terrace, view. If the home has a strong outlook, I plan the shoot around the hour when light does it justice.
Do you work with property managers running several homes?
Yes. For several properties the shoots can be scheduled on nearby days, with a consistent style across the whole portfolio.
Do you only work in Lombardy?
No. I am based near Milan but photograph properties across Italy and abroad. Travel is agreed in the quote.
